Career History
 
Born 1949. Attended Shinagawa Oi First Elementary School, Ito Junior High School and Hibiya High School, dropped out of British and American Department of Tokyo University of Foreign Studies, graduated University of Tokyo Faculty of Law in 1975. Headed corporate affairs, human resources, finance, legal and intellectual property divisions at Toyo Engineering Corporation. Commissioned as a member of the Intellectual Property Rights Committee by the Ministry of International Trade and Industry in 1992. Appointed by MITI international intellectual property rights consultant in 1999. Moved on to F-TECH INC. in 2000 as an executive at the Canada branch (in charge of general and legal affairs, finance and human resources). Moved to Georgia branch in the U.S. in 2003. From 2004, moved to F-TECH North America in Ohio, Headquarters of F-TECH Nnorth American operation, to support the North American group venture. Returned to F-TECH main office in 2011. Established legal group within the corporate planning division as general counsel. Founded Ichikawa Comprehensive Institute in 2015. Retirement from F-TECH in March of 2016.  Inaugurated as part-time lecturer at Aoyama Gakuin University on April, 2016 (Special course on International Business).

2. 1984 Procurement duties at Mitsui Corporation Group Iran Japan Petrochemical Company (IJPC) 
3. 1992-1996 Formulation and spreading of the Multinational Joint Research Consortium Agreement (15 countries) by the Large Scale                           International Joint Research and Development IMS (Intellectual Manufacturing System)   
4. 2000-2002 Won against AIG in the Recall Insurance Case (Toronto District Court)
5. 2006-2010 Objected and won against the CRA (Canada Revenue Agency) in the case concerning its reassessment on a Canadian subsidiary.             Received with President's Award with local executive
6. 2009-2010 Integrated F-TECH North American Affiliates
7. 2011 Legal support for Indonesian and Mexican subsidiary incorporation.
           Standardized various contract document of F-TECH INC.
8. 2012 Contributed in the repeal of Wuhan Customs' actions taken against a Chinese subsidiary
9. 2012 Supported the establishment of Guangzhou R&D subsidiary
10. 2013 Participated in the scheme reform of F-TECH Group's development costs and royalties
11. 2014 Visualized company know-how. Overhauled F-TECH company regulations 
12. 2015 Negotiated and concluded transaction and joint-venture contracts for major Japanese and U.S. automobile OEM, U.S. EV maker and
             an Indian corporation
