The Ichikawa Comprehensive Institute, through consulting and other services conducted in good faith for local Japanese businesses, 

independent administrative agencies and local governments, hopes to further both their domestic and overseas activities thus contributing to the stimulation and globalization of Japanese society, while endeavoring to build goodwill and mutual understanding between Japan, China and the United States.
