1. Relying on the 40 years worth of knowledge and experience of our representative spent on the domestic and overseas legal affairs of automobile parts manufacturing and on the introduction of Japanese culture to businesses and people abroad, we strive to guide and support Japanese businesses, organizations and individuals by reducing the risks and eliminating the obstacles of their various ventures. By doing so, we hope to strengthen Japan's ｇlobal competitiveness and contribute to a vigorous economy.

2. For those small/medium businesses and local governments set on expanding overseas, the most necessary thing is an efficient and low-risk method of advancement. Many small/medium businesses as well as large businesses with their own legal divisions are run inefficiently or fail overseas, unable to adapt or respond to the constantly changing global environment. It is our sincere hope that we will be able to prevent such disasters with our representative's knowledge and experience of the actual scene, and the English and Chinese language expertise of our memberrs.

3. We believe the above set of skills will also prove useful in supporting independent administrative agencies, such as JETRO, ABIC and JICA, in their providing of legal services to overseas clients

Consulting activities related to domestic/overseas management and legal affairs is our main service, but our lawyers and their affiliates will be available for litigation, non-contentious cases and petitioning for redress against administrative agencies, as well as representation or arbitration for other legal incidents.

When delegating cases to legal or accounting firms (or individual lawyers or accountants), the main issues and problems tend to remain unclear and unorganized, often accompanied by a careless attitude. This results in needlessly long consulting times and exorbitant fees. We at the ICI aim to provide accurate and reasonably priced services based on the businesses' point of view. In contrast to the services of attorneys in law firm provided from outside the organization, our services will be provided from within the boundaries of management, taking into account the needs of the business.
